Manufacturing Finishing Process of Our Knitwear Garments

Panel Checking & Assembly

Panel Quality Inspection

  • All knitted panels undergo 100% inspection by trained quality checkers on flat tables or light tables. Defects such as holes, oil stains, needle lines, and knitting inconsistencies are identified. Panel measurements are verified through random measurement checks to ensure size accuracy

Linking of Garment Panels

  • Approved panels are transferred to the linking section, where individual components—front, back, sleeves, collars, cuffs, and hems—are joined using precision linking machines. This ensures clean seams, accurate shaping, and superior wearing comfort.

Pre-Finishing Operations

Trimming

  • Loose yarns and excess threads are carefully trimmed to achieve a neat and refined appearance

In-Process Quality Checking

  • Linked garment are inspected on light inspection machines to detect knitting or stitching defects at an early stage, reducing rework and ensuring consistency

Mending (Manual Repair

  • Minor knitting defects such as dropped stitches, needle marks, or surface irregularities are repaired manually using needles by skilled menders

Mending is performed prior to pressing to ensure flawless finishing

Accessories & Labeling

Button, Buttonhole & Zipper Attachment

  • For front-opening styles, button attaching and buttonholing are carried out during finishing. Garmnet with zipper openings have zippers attached with precision and durability

Label Attachment

  • Wash-care labels, brand labels, and size labels are securely attached using single-needle lockstitch machines

Washing & Stabilization

Garment Washing

  • Washing is mandatory for cotton and acrylic-based clothes to remove residues and control shrinkage
  • Washing is generally avoided for fancy or delicate yarns, unless specifically required by the buyer

Final Finishing

Final Finishing Process

  • Piece checking
  • Measurement verification
  • Spot stain removal
  • Minor repairs (if required)
  • Preparation for pressing

Steam Ironing & Measurement Setting

  • clothes are steam-pressed using size templates to set accurate measurements. Pressing quality and dimensions are rechecked after ironing. Garments are laid flat and allowed to cool and dry naturally to retain shape.

Packing & Dispatch

Folding & Packing

  • Finished Garment are neatly folded. Hang tags, price tags, stickers, and barcodes are attached, followed by individual poly-bag packing

Internal Final Audit (Optional)

  • Selected styles undergo an internal audit prior to buyer inspection to ensure full compliance with quality standards

Shipment Inspection

  • Final sample-based inspection is conducted by buyer Quality Assurance representatives before shipment approval
