4. Do you accept custom designs?

Yes. Clients can share tech packs, sketches, or reference samples. Our design and sampling team will translate them into finished knitwear.

Yes. We produce garments to your custom size chart and also offer standard sizing (S, M, L, XL).

Yes. We strictly protect all client designs. Your designs will never be shared, reproduced, or disclosed without written permission.

9. How do I place a sample order?

Simply share your design details, tech pack, or reference images. After confirming yarns, sizes, and specifications, we develop a sample for your approval.

Absolutely. We create samples for approval to ensure quality and accuracy.

We will revise the sample based on your feedback until it meets expectations. You are under no obligation to proceed to bulk production if unsatisfied.
12. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ varies by style and yarn type. We offer flexible options to support both small batches and large-scale production.

Yes. We offer low-MOQ programs and flexible services to support emerging designers and smaller brands.

Samples: 1–2 weeks. Bulk production: 4–5 weeks (depending on order size, yarn, and complexity).

16. How do you ensure quality?

Every garment goes through strict quality checks for yarn strength, knitting accuracy, finishing, and measurement consistency.

Please notify us within 7 working days with photos/videos. After verification, we arrange replacements, repairs, or compensation.

Slight shade variations may occur due to natural dyeing and yarn lot differences. We minimize this risk and always provide shade approvals before production.

We manage both domestic and international shipments via trusted logistics partners and can support FOB, CIF, or door-to-door delivery.

We usually work with a deposit (30–50%) before production and the balance before shipment, and we are open to discussing flexible terms for long-term partners.
