All Radhe Creation garments are designed to maximise wear. That means that they need to stand up to the most dreaded force of nature: time.
One of the ways we increase the longevity of each garment is by adding an extra layer of fabric to our plackets, cuffs and collars to give them added strength. This process is called fusing. It not only improves durability but also brings structure, making you look a whole lot smarter and sharper.
We test our fusings by washing the fabric at upto 140-150ºC for five seconds to see if the structure is sound. If any bubbles form due to incorrect fusing, the fabric is immediately rejected.
We repeat this process at least five times for good measure.
Stitching is one of those things that can make or break a garment. A well stitched garment goes a long way in elevating your style and also adds to a garment’s longevity.
How do you know if a shirt is well-stitched? For starters, every stitch should be perfectly straight, feel smooth on the surface and seem almost invisible to the eye. Our garments tick all of these boxes, and some more.
We’re often asked what makes our product different? Is it the materials we use? Or maybe it’s the way we stitch. Or the buttons we choose.
It’s actually all of that and more. It’s everything that goes into a garment from the beginning to the way it’s finished.
Premium dyes, superior machines, expert craftsmanship, ethical practices, a clean environment & a whole lot more. Every element contributes to our garments being the way they are—sophisticated, refined & durable.
Each element of our garment is inspected for defects like tears & holes, marks, colour variation, dis-colouration etc.
On top of this, random checks are also perfomed at different stages of the production cycle. The first one happens after 25% of our goods are recieved in our warehouse, then at 50% and the final one, after we receieve everything.
